USA TODAY Names RNGD a 2026 Top Workplace — for the Second Year in a Row

There’s a reason we call ourselves Renegades — and the rest of the country is starting to take notice.

For the second consecutive year, RNGD has been named to the USA TODAY Top Workplaces List, ranking #63 among companies with 150–499 employees. In our size category, we’re the only Louisiana-based organization — and one of only two construction companies nationally to earn a spot. Across the full list, Louisiana has 15 companies represented. Small but mighty.

But here’s the part that makes this one different from the trophies and plaques: this award isn’t given. It’s earned — by you.

The USA TODAY Top Workplaces program is based entirely on anonymous employee engagement surveys, measuring things like culture, leadership, and communication. No pitch decks. No marketing spin. Just honest feedback from the people who show up every day and build something extraordinary. That means every score behind this recognition has your name on it.

“We’re honored to be recognized alongside other businesses that prioritize their people,” said Founder and CEO Wesley J. Palmisano. “This achievement is a testament to the renegade spirit of our team members as well as the unwavering support of our clients and partners.”

Back-to-back recognition like this doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because of the way you treat your teammates on a project site in Nashville, the way you show up for a client in Huntsville, and the culture you protect every single day in New Orleans. It happens because of you.

This win adds to a growing list of national recognition that reflects what we’ve been building together:

We’re proud of every one of those. But this one? This one belongs to the team.

Thank you for being the kind of people who make RNGD worth working for. Now let’s get back to building.
