The Next Generation of Renegades Gets a Front-Row Seat

Students from Cuillier Career Center recently spent a day at RNGD Headquarters for an immersive look at what a career in construction can truly become. Through a full slate of hands-on experiences — including facility tours, a peek inside the steel shop, a demonstration of RNGD’s 3D printing capabilities, and time on the equipment simulator — the students got a firsthand look at the innovation and craftsmanship that define the industry at its best. The visit was organized in partnership with The Palmisano Foundation, which works to connect the next generation of talent with meaningful pathways into the skilled trades and construction professions.
Joining Ari in making the day a success were Brett Ruppel, Trevor Adam, Kellie Muller, LeAyn Walton, Jason Bergeron, Sherry Serio, Michael Furman, Brayden Penny, Trayton Tully, Mark Dupuy, Chris Cowie, Matt Oprea, and Glennon Ruppert — each bringing their time, expertise, and encouragement to the table.
Moments like these are what make RNGD more than a construction company. When we open our doors to young people who are just beginning to imagine what their futures might look like, we’re doing more than showcasing cool technology — we’re planting seeds. The Palmisano Foundation’s continued work to bridge the gap between the classroom and the career is a direct extension of our values, and every Renegade who showed up that day helped write the first chapter of someone else’s story in this industry.
