Invigorating the Lower Garden District neighborhood.

Felicity Property Co., a longtime collaborator, selected RNGD as the Design Assist contractor to lead construction efforts for this new three-story mixed-use, multi-family building on Magazine Street in the Lower Garden District.

Completed in 2016, this 68,000-square-foot space comprises 36 one- and two-bedroom rental residences on the second and third floors as well as three retail storefronts, a resident lounge, and residence parking behind the building on the ground level. Designed by studioWTA, the building’s sleek modern exterior is composed of an array of materials including Kolumba brick, stucco, aluminum storefront, Hardieplank lap siding, and glass curtainwall.
