Overview

The first new hotel in the French Quarter in 50 years.

Once the home of the old Louisiana Sugar and Refining Co., Hotel ONE11 is the first new hotel in the French Quarter in 50 years.  The 7-story structure, which sat abandoned for many years, was meticulously restored and transformed into 81 elegantly designed hotel rooms and suites, gourmet restaurants, welcoming gathering spaces, meeting rooms, a newly finished pool deck, commercial kitchen, ADA toilet facilities, and two new elevators.  Every historic detail was precisely repaired and restored.

Designed by John C. Williams Architects, LLC and completed in 2020, this Design Build project converted a historic building that now boasts all-new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing elements as well as upgraded sprinkler system modifications and a new fire alarm.
