Erin Comeaux Earns National Design-Build Certification
RNGD is proud to announce that Erin Comeaux, Team Leader for the Gulf Coast region, has earned her Designated Design-Build Professional® (DBIA) certification—the highest designation in the design-build industry.
The DBIA certification is the nation’s only measurable standard for design-build expertise, recognizing professionals who have demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of Design-Build Done Right® principles through rigorous coursework, extensive experience requirements, and a comprehensive examination.
Comeaux brings over 20 years of construction industry experience to her role at RNGD. Since joining the team in 2016, she has delivered one successful project after another as a hands-on, results-oriented leader. As Team Leader, she manages numerous projects from preconstruction through construction, overseeing coordination, scheduling, and budget management while maintaining open communication with clients and trade partners.
“Earning this certification reinforces our commitment to delivering exceptional design-build services,” said Comeaux. “This designation validates the collaborative approach that RNGD has built its reputation on.”
Comeaux’s certification strengthens RNGD’s position as a leader in integrated project delivery. Many public and private owners specifically seek out teams with DBIA-certified professionals, and this credential demonstrates the company’s continued commitment to excellence through the Renegade Delivery Method.
A graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Comeaux is known for her ability to navigate complex challenges and her “never give up” mentality. She joined RNGD for its collaborative approach and regularly coaches her team as both a leader and mentor.
