RNGD WRAPPED 2025: A YEAR OF RECORD GROWTH, INNOVATION, AND IMPACT
As we close out 2025, we’re taking a moment to celebrate what made this year our most successful yet. From opening our Mississippi office to hitting a record $500M+ backlog, expanding our manufacturing capabilities, and logging 656,047 safe manhours across every jobsite—this year proved that when we work as One Team with One Mission, there’s nothing we can’t accomplish.
Our RNGD Wrapped 2025 tells the full story: 468 team members strong, 40 promotions, 18 industry awards, and 62% growth in our infrastructure market. We invested 8,002 hours in training through Renegade Academy, while the Palmisano Foundation gave back $420K to support youth education and career development. We shaved 12 weeks off critical schedules with the Renegade Delivery Method, expanded our manufacturing with three new product lines, and delivered game-changing projects like the Lewter District Office in Huntsville and earthwork at the Richland Parish Data Center.
And yes—we ate 1,000 lbs. of crawfish at our annual company boil. Because that’s how we celebrate in Louisiana. Thank you to every member of the RNGD family who made 2025 unforgettable. Here’s to building even bigger in 2026.
