RNGD’s Erin Comeaux Selected for NORLI Leadership Class of 2026
Recognition Places RNGD Leader Among Region’s Most Promising Professionals
RNGD announced that Erin Comeaux has been selected to participate in the prestigious New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI) Leadership Class of 2026. This honor recognizes Comeaux as one of the region’s most promising and dynamic leaders, positioning her among an elite group of professionals who will help shape the future of the Greater New Orleans region.
An Elite Selection
NORLI has chosen just 52 individuals from across Southeast Louisiana to participate in its annual Regional Leadership Program. Comeaux’s selection reflects both her individual excellence and RNGD’s commitment to developing leaders who make meaningful impact in the community.
“These leaders will define the future of our region,” said Stephen Reuther, NORLI Executive Director. The program is designed to provide leaders with the knowledge, connections, and partnerships necessary to address regional challenges and promote collaborative leadership that advances sound policy throughout Louisiana.
Comprehensive Leadership Development
The NORLI program is recognized as a preeminent organization for educating and connecting leaders from across Southeast Louisiana’s parishes. Through this year-long commitment, Comeaux will engage in comprehensive discussions on critical topics including public policy and governance, economic development strategies, healthcare and education initiatives, criminal justice reform, inclusive leadership practices, environmental sustainability, and arts and culture development.
The program officially began with an opening retreat in late September 2025 and will conclude with a capstone event in June 2026.

Her involvement in the program will bring valuable insights, connections, and perspectives back to RNGD and the clients the company serves throughout the Greater New Orleans area.
