RNGD hosted its inaugural Innovation Day at HQ, bringing employees and guests together to explore new technologies, AI applications, academic research, manufacturing innovations, and process improvements advancing the Renegade Delivery Method.
Attendees toured the new RDM Corridor and Mock-Up Room, experienced innovations from across RNGD and the construction industry, and saw how planning, design, preconstruction, offsite manufacturing, onsite execution, and life cycle management connect through RDM.
The day concluded with the Shark Tank Innovation Pitch, where employees presented new ideas to a panel of in-house Renegades and professors from Auburn and LSU.
Congratulations to Fredy Chavez and Devan Bertault, who took home the top prize for CTC Rebuilt, a software solution designed to improve job revenue and cost forecasting, reporting, and field crew scheduling.
