A Testament to Our Expertise
We are proud to share that our $25 million campus redevelopment has been recognized as a benchmark in Design-build adaptive-reuse commercial construction, earning Retrofit Magazine’s prestigious Metamorphosis Award 2025. This project—which we designed, managed, and constructed ourselves—transformed an 8-acre site into a state-of-the-art facility that now serves as home base for our 265 Greater New Orleans employees. The redeveloped campus integrates our regional corporate headquarters, Renegade Academy training center, and expanded manufacturing operations into a 150,000-square-foot complex. Partnering with Eskew+Dumez+Ripple, we combined our expertise in commercial construction, heavy civil infrastructure, steel fabrication, and prefabricated manufacturing to deliver this award-winning facility.
