Impetus Wins Inc. “Best Workplaces” Honor for 2023
Impetus has been awarded a Best Workplaces of 2023 honor by Inc. Magazine – the only construction company in Louisiana to do so. We are honored to be recognized among such a brilliant group of organizations nationwide. None of this would be possible without our great “team of teams.” Impetus is 1 of 13 construction companies nationwide to receive the honor.

Preserving and promoting our unique culture is critical. We ditched the traditional employee manual in favor of a culture book called “You Build a Better Us.” This title echoes our manifesto: “We have the honor, ability, and responsibility to build a better world.” The bedrock of our culture is the unconventional core values we live by: safety always; sweep floors; renegade mentality; build relationships; and absolute integrity. Our “team of teams” approach encourages a culture of collaboration and accountability to utilize these core values.
