Renegade Mentality has always been with us, but today’s rate of change is unprecedented. The speed and degree of these changes are improving people’s lives and creating exceptional opportunities; but are also threatening the very existence of these long-standing jobs, firms, and industries.
In 2021, we rebranded the construction company as Impetus in accordance with our strategy to diversify the business as a house of brands. We simultaneously started using RNGD for our custom prefabrication capabilities and Palmisano Services for corporate services. While the Impetus brand is part of our history and journey, we now realize that the strategy of multiple brands is not serving the long-term vision for our organization.

That’s why we have decided to consolidate our entire team under the RNGD (Renegade) brand. We want to emphasize the importance of working together as one team on a mission to move the construction industry forward. Our organization will be collaborative and without silos – we will stop focusing on the old departments of building, infrastructure, shared services, and self-perform. RNGD applies not only to how we are branded, but also how we lead, how work gets done, and how we communicate.
