2025 Core Values and Special Recognition Awards

Wow—what a ride 2024 was, and what a course we’ve charted for the years ahead! This year’s Company Meeting was a high-energy deep dive into where we’ve been and where we’re boldly headed. From welcoming 76+ new hires to crushing it with a 90% win rate, we’ve proven once again that the RNGD crew doesn’t just meet expectations—we redefine them.

With safety wins (0 recordables!), record-setting Infrastructure performance, off-site manufacturing momentum, and Steel growth hotter than a welder’s torch, our teams are firing on all cylinders.

We also took time to celebrate the people who make it all possible—recognizing Core Value Award winners, 10-year anniversaries, 5-year Floor Sweepers, and a few special awards for those going above and beyond.

Our Core Value Awards honor five team members who exemplify our values through their leadership, integrity, and everyday actions. These individuals reflect what it truly means to live the Renegade way. Each recipient receives our one-of-a-kind bowling pin trophy—a nod to our first project at Fulton Alley—and is permanently recognized on the Core Value Wall at our corporate headquarters.
