Tramel Smith

Operations Leader

Tramel began his construction career in 2010 as a carpenter and was quickly promoted to the position of Assistant Superintendent, then Superintendent. Over the last 14 years in the industry, he has developed a deep and vast knowledge of construction materials and methods in all types of commercial construction. As a Superintendent, he has managed all aspects of the field operations. His project experience includes movie studios, hospitality, sports and recreation, and multi-family projects.
Tramel is a proven team leader with a track record of high integrity, excellent customer service, quality work, efficient project delivery, and an impeccable safety record.

Most recently, Tramel led the daily safety and operations of the Second Line Stages Expansion project of four different buildings, all being constructed in multiple phases.

Tramel has proven to have exemplary leadership and communication skills, consistently delivers a project of the highest quality, and has an impeccable safety record. His vast knowledge, length and breadth of experience, efficiency, positive attitude, and ability to stay on schedule make him a great asset to the RNGD team.
