Ross Blanchard

Along with 15 years of industry experience, Ross brings a keen eye for detail and broad knowledge of steel construction materials, methods, and costs to all of his projects. Throughout his career, Ross has executed a variety of project types—hard bid, negotiated, and design-build—across all phases of the steel scope. He sets projects up for success from the start by prioritizing the client’s interests with value-driven decisions.

Ross specializes in leading the full scope of RNGD’s steel projects and has honed his skills to perfection—becoming a trusted expert from estimating through fabrication to erection. His extensive knowledge of management techniques on both small and large projects has helped him to develop smart solutions for complex challenges.

He’s played a pivotal role in building RNGD’s steel division by developing a team of experienced fabricators and erectors, securing new work, and implementing innovative new tools and equipment. He was an integral member of the RNGD team to apply and receive AISC certification. Ross ensures project success by meticulously preparing and leading teams through accurate and detailed budgets, project plans, and execution. This commitment helps clients achieve their ultimate construction goals.
