Preconstruction Team Leader
We’re proud to have a phenomenal group of leaders at RNGD, and Nathan is undoubtedly one of them. As a construction management professional with over 22 years of experience, Nathan has deep knowledge of the infrastructure process and a wealth of experience in all types of civil construction projects—including demolition, commercial civil, municipal roadwork, site remediation, storm drainage, site utilities, and concrete paving. His career has seen him bid and manage projects throughout South Louisiana ranging from $100K to $20M+ for both public and private sector clients. As Preconstruction Team Leader, Nathan’s responsibilities include developing and maintaining RNGD’s civil construction work pipeline by building meaningful client relationships and aligning self-perform strategic advantages with current market trends.
Raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Nathan earned his degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University. Since joining RNGD in 2016, Nathan has become a leader amongst the civil team, excelling in all facets of the industry, from business development to estimating and operations. Along with his active projects, he uses his insight to benefit others in their professional development. As a graduate of the New Orleans Regional Leadership Initiative (NORLI), Nathan dedicates his time to mentoring other professionals as a previous NORLI board member where he has also served two three-year terms on the selection committee while also leading the alumni engagement committee. Currently, Nathan his time to the ABC New Orleans/Bayou Chapter’s board of directors.
At RNGD, we work to serve the community in a variety of forms. Nathan echoes that sentiment by staying deeply involved with community work. Through Hogs for the Cause, he’s raised well over $150,000 in the past five years to benefit children with pediatric brain cancer and their families. An avid LSU fan, Nathan also loves his country and cooking whenever he gets the chance. Outside of work and leadership activities, Nathan spends his time with the most important people in his life: his wife Amanda, and their three kids, Jack, Matthew, and Camille.
