Project Executive

John “Max” Murret, PE, serves as an Assistant Project Manager at RNGD, A Palmisano Company, where he has been a key contributor since March 2021. With his comprehensive background in civil engineering and project management, Max brings technical expertise and leadership skills to complex construction and infrastructure projects throughout Louisiana. His professional foundation was built through diverse internship experiences at T. Baker Smith, Barriere Construction, and Quality Engineering and Surveying, where he gained valuable experience in survey work, AutoCAD design, pump station analysis, asphalt paving projects, and engineering calculations.

At RNGD, Max demonstrates his versatility by managing multiple aspects of project delivery, from pre-construction planning through project completion. He facilitates critical project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and change orders, while also overseeing cost engineering and subcontractor coordination. His technical skills extend to drone operations for construction documentation and marketing purposes, reflecting his ability to integrate modern technology into traditional construction processes. Max’s leadership capabilities are evident in his oversight of project operations and his ability to provide direction to both internal crews and subcontractors.

Max earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University in May 2021, building upon his educational foundation that began at Jesuit High School in New Orleans. He maintains current certifications including his UAS Remote Pilot License and OSHA 30 certification, and is proficient in industry-standard software including Procore, AutoCAD, and Primavera. Beyond his technical qualifications, Max is actively engaged in professional development through organizations such as the ABC Young Professionals and the ACE Mentor Program, demonstrating his commitment to both personal growth and industry advancement.
