Project Executive

Matthew McMahon brings seven years of comprehensive construction management experience to his role as Senior Project Manager at RNGD Infrastructure. A Louisiana native and LSU graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Matt has demonstrated exceptional leadership and project delivery capabilities across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects valued from $1 million to $36 million. His career at RNGD began as a Field Intern, providing him with invaluable ground-level experience that has shaped his approach to project management and enabled him to understand every aspect of construction projects, from preconstruction planning through final closeout.

Throughout his career, Matt has been heavily involved in significant infrastructure projects including major roadway rehabilitations, utility improvements, and water board rehabilitation projects. Notable projects include the Canal Boulevard Roadway Rehabilitation, West End Boulevard improvements, Orleans Parish Sewerage and Water Board rehabilitations, and high-profile developments like 1009 Poydras and St. Anthony Group A. His recent focus on data center projects, including the AWS Data Center in Canton, MS, and Meta Data Center in Rayville, LA, demonstrates his adaptability to emerging infrastructure demands and his strategic vision for RNGD’s regional growth in the North Louisiana and Central Mississippi markets.

Matt’s project management approach emphasizes building and maintaining strong relationships with all project stakeholders, from field personnel to ownership groups. This relationship-focused methodology enables him to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and with complete transparency, establishing him as a trusted leader capable of managing complex, multi-million dollar infrastructure projects. He maintains several industry certifications including OSHA 30, ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor, CPR Certification, and Trenching and Excavation Competent Person credentials, ensuring he stays current with safety standards and industry best practices.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Matt is deeply committed to community service and professional development. He serves as a mentor for the ACE (Architecture, Construction & Engineering) program at New Orleans Career Center, is a member of Leadership Jefferson in his home parish, and actively supports philanthropic activities for Jesuit High School and the Palmisano Foundation. His combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and community involvement makes him a valuable asset to both RNGD Infrastructure and the broader construction industry in Louisiana and the Gulf South region.
