Lloyd brings over 21 years of construction experience, specializing in hospitality, historic renovations, and adaptive-reuse projects in dense urban environments like the French Quarter. His portfolio includes Kimpton Hotel Fontenot, Hilton on St. Charles, JW Marriott, Moxy Hotel, The Addison, Reily Foods, Mignon Faget, Reily Foods Test Kitchen, and 1450 L&A Road.


Lloyd excels at managing tight-site logistics, coordinating specialty trades, and sequencing complex projects to minimize disruption while preserving historic and architectural character. Leveraging RNGD’s in-house preconstruction, self perform, and MEP capabilities, he ensures projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and on schedule—providing high-quality outcomes for hospitality, mixed-use, and adaptive-reuse developments throughout New Orleans.


Lloyd is recognized for his hands-on leadership, organizational skill, and ability to coordinate complex site logistics, as exemplified in a recent hotel project, completed in just 92 days. His expertise in navigating the challenges of historic structures and urban work sites makes him a cornerstone of RNGD’s projects.
