Joshua Hill serves as Project Executive for RNGD, bringing over two decades of construction management expertise to complex commercial projects. A 2004 graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Construction Management, Josh has built a distinguished career overseeing high-profile developments across multiple market sectors throughout Louisiana and beyond.
Josh’s professional journey began with a successful 10-year tenure at Brice, where he specialized in healthcare construction and developed deep expertise in the unique challenges of medical facility development. During this time, he managed critical projects at prominent healthcare institutions including Ochsner Health System, Children’s Hospital, and East Jefferson General Hospital (LCMC), culminating in his work on the Louisiana Cancer Center. Following his healthcare focus, he spent two years with FH Meyers before joining Palmisano/RNGD in 2016.
Since joining RNGD, Josh has successfully transitioned into the hospitality sector, where he has overseen the construction of several notable boutique hotels including the Higgins Hotel, One Eleven Hotel, Eliza Jane, and Henrietta Hotel. His proven ability to adapt his construction management skills across diverse market segments demonstrates his versatility and deep understanding of project complexities. Currently, Josh oversees multiple new construction multi-family projects with a combined value of approximately $40 million, showcasing his capacity to manage large-scale residential developments.
Throughout his tenure at RNGD, Josh has embraced continuous professional development, working closely with company leadership to enhance his proactive, solution-oriented approach to project management. His commitment to mentorship and industry development is evident through his recent involvement with ACE Mentorship, where he contributes to the next generation of construction professionals.
