As RNGD’s Safety Director, he leverages his extensive background that began as a skilled craftsman and evolved through supervisory roles into senior safety leadership. For the past 18 years, Jonathan has specialized in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management, where he has consistently delivered measurable safety improvements through strategic partnerships with operations teams and the implementation of rigorous, practical safety processes.

His impressive credentials include certification as an Occupational Safety Manager (CSOM), OSHA 510/30 training, and specialized certifications in confined space operations, excavation safety, and traffic control supervision. Jonathan’s technical expertise extends to hands-on construction skills with NCCER certifications in pipe fitting, boilermaking, and rigging fundamentals, providing him with invaluable field perspective that informs his safety leadership approach. This combination of technical knowledge and safety management expertise enables him to develop realistic, effective safety solutions that protect frontline personnel while maintaining operational efficiency.
