As a remarkable talent on the RNGD team, Jace joined the company as an Assistant Project Manager after graduating from LSU. His work and approach saw him quickly progress to Project Manager. With a portfolio encompassing projects exceeding $200 million, Jace embodies a commitment to innovation, excellence, and collaborative success in every project he undertakes.
Known for his solution-driven approach, Jace excels in collaborating with both field teams and design professionals, ensuring seamless progress and collaborative alignment. His invaluable experience includes the Ace Hotel New Orleans and the project’s successful integration of new construction with a historically renovated building. Jace meticulously coordinated with all stakeholders to ensure compliance with building codes, delivering the remarkable 268-unit hotel within an impressive 12-month timeframe. He is currently leading a large team wrapping up work on Everly at Rouzan, a luxury mixed-use and apartment development in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Jace actively participates as an integral member of the RNGD business development team, crafting complex management approaches, schedules, and budgets for prospective clients.
In addition to his role at RNGD, Jace proudly serves as a member of the LSU Construction Industry Council. This esteemed council comprises LSU alumni and industry professionals who offer guidance on curriculum development, mentor students, and actively participates in the LSU Construction Student Association.
