Her guidance and focus on finding sound solutions in contract negotiation, leveraging risk management, and maintaining organizational practices and procedures make her a dynamic contributor to RNGD. Every day she leverages risk with possibility as we continue to push the envelope and navigate challenges.

With 26 years of experience in the construction industry, Erika joined the RNGD team in 2019. She was drawn to the opportunity of working in a challenging environment with active, relentless individuals who have a deep passion for construction. For Erika, no two days are alike. She can be presented with an opportunity for problem-solving on one day or an intense contract negotiation the next. But she enjoys these complex challenges and dives in with a direct, hands-on approach to driving solutions—all to meet RNGD’s mission of building a better world. Her integrity, professionalism, and willingness to collaborate have made her a vital team member.

Originally from New Orleans, Erika had a front-seat view of the construction industry growing up. Her grandfather was a developer and contractor, and her father was a general contractor. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law Center, graduating Cum Laude, and her Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University. She is admitted to the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Federal District Courts of Louisiana, the U.S. Court of Appeal for the Fifth Circuit, and she’s a Notary Public. Erika defines herself through her consistency in delivering quality work and integrity— following through on her word each time. Outside of her career, Erika looks for the same intensity in her downtime: running, watching a good FBI show, and spending time with her family. She’s a super Golden Girls fan and has the complete series collection. As always, she thanks you for being a friend.
