David Huddleston

David Huddleston joined the RNGD team following his graduation from LSU’s Construction Management program. His interest in the industry developed in college when he worked summers as a pipe layer, and later through interning for an Engineering firm.

He served as Project Manager on the complex, multi-phased expansion project for Second Line Stages. Second Line Stages, one of the largest television and film studio operators in Louisiana, tripled the size of its movie production offerings with this expansion project. The project involved the renovation and new construction of several different buildings including stages, supporting workshop and warehouse space, along with office and administrative spaces.

Now Operations Leader, David previously, as Project Manager, worked on projects ranging from historic renovation to new construction. On the 623 and 629 Canal Street Mixed-Use project, David played an integral role in the successful delivery of the complex historic renovation of two late-1800’s buildings, repurposing them into a luxury mixed-use venue that includes retail and high-end apartments.
