Daren Duhon

Daren Duhon is the powerhouse behind the seamless operation of RNGD’s logistics and equipment management. With a career spanning decades, Daren’s journey from a college baseball player to a seasoned leader in the logistics field demonstrates his relentless work ethic and commitment to excellence. After playing baseball at Delgado Community College, Daren began his career at NAPA as a delivery driver and quickly climbed the ranks to store manager, a position he held for 23 years. He then served as a regional manager for nine years, mentoring countless individuals and developing nationwide systems for dispatch and asset protection at NAPA.

Daren’s extensive background in managing operations and logistics has made his transition into the role of Equipment and Logistics Manager at RNGD a natural fit. Daren’s daily tasks include overseeing warehouse operations, managing tool maintenance, handling deliveries to job sites, coordinating logistics moves, and ensuring equipment repairs and upkeep are always on point. His knack for problem-solving and his “whatever it takes” attitude allow him to excel at making sure every job site gets exactly what it needs, no matter the challenge.

Outside of work, Daren is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with his grandkids, cheering on the New Orleans Saints—he’s been a season ticket holder since 1987—and engaging in his favorite hobbies like hunting, golfing, and yard work.
