Christopher Cowie thrives on shaping the next generation of construction leaders while driving exceptional project outcomes. As a Senior Superintendent at RNGD, Christopher brings over 25 years of experience to the table, overseeing and coordinating initiatives that deliver safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage of construction. His leadership is grounded in mentorship, guiding young supervisors fresh out of college and teaching them the ins and outs of construction operations for their own growth. With a constant focus on safety, Christopher ensures that every project meets its safety goals with zero OSHA recordables, all while maintaining clear communication with clients and team members to keep projects on track.

Having worked on a diverse range of projects including residential, commercial, heavy civil, and more, Christopher has demonstrated expertise in managing everything from CIPP lining to asphalt paving. Some of his most notable projects include Propel Business Park, a 300,000 sq. ft. tilt-wall warehouse on the NASA Michoud campus, and H3C, a multifamily mixed-use development in New Orleans. His experience spans multiple disciplines, all united by a commitment to high standards and innovative solutions.

Christopher excels in areas such as scheduling, preparation, and cost-effective project management. He thrives in challenging situations, constantly pushing the envelope to find solutions and ensure his team’s success. His dedication to fostering a positive, collaborative work environment and meeting deadlines means that everyone on his team knows their role in delivering the best possible outcome.

What Christopher loves most about his job is seeing his teammates succeed and knowing that his guidance helps them get there. He’s especially proud to watch the growth of the next wave of construction leaders and take part in their development. Whether offering advice or celebrating their victories, Christopher is always there as a mentor, affectionately known as “Papa Chris” to those he coaches.

Outside of work, Christopher is an avid learner who seeks knowledge in all forms, from industry-related technology to History Channel documentaries. He’s passionate about spending quality time with his wife and daughter, whether on vacation or just relaxing at home. Time spent with family is priceless, and Christopher embraces every moment of it.
