Brock Latiolais serves as Senior Superintendent for RNGD, bringing over 14 years of comprehensive construction industry experience to his role. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Orleans, providing him with the technical foundation that has guided his successful career in large-scale infrastructure development.
Throughout his career, Latiolais has demonstrated exceptional project leadership on construction ventures ranging from $100 million to $6 billion in scope across the United States. His diverse portfolio includes critical infrastructure projects such as bridges, pump stations, roadways, border security installations, LNG facilities, chemical plants, power generation facilities, levee systems, and major infrastructure rehabilitation initiatives. This breadth of experience has established him as a versatile construction professional capable of managing complex, high-stakes projects in various sectors.
Latiolais possesses specialized expertise in structural concrete, steel construction, and pile driving operations—technical skills that have proven invaluable in executing large-scale infrastructure projects. His experience spans numerous design-build projects nationwide, where he has successfully collaborated with various state Departments of Transportation (DOTDs), demonstrating his ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and maintain strong working relationships with public sector clients.
In addition to his construction expertise, Latiolais brings 12 years of military service experience to his role, contributing leadership, discipline, and operational excellence that enhances his effectiveness in managing large construction teams and complex project timelines. This unique combination of military background and construction industry expertise positions him as a highly capable leader in RNGD’s project delivery operations.
