Two of 27: Jamie DeLucca and Spencer Voss Named CFMA Rising Stars

The Construction Financial Management Association’s 2026 class recognizes 27 professionals under 45 nationwide. Two of them work here.

The Construction Financial Management Association has named Accounting Director Jamie DeLucca, CCIFP and Controller Spencer Voss, CCIFP to its 2026 Class of Rising Stars — a national cohort of 27 construction financial professionals under the age of 45, selected for their impact inside their companies, within CFMA, and across the industry at large.

Out of a field drawn from contractors, CPA firms, sureties, and technology companies across the country, RNGD is one of the few organizations with two honorees in the class.

The Team Behind the Numbers

Jamie and Spencer anchor the financial operations that make RNGD’s growth possible — the reporting, controls, and forecasting that sit underneath every project we put in the ground. Both hold the Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) designation, the industry’s benchmark credential for construction financial management, and one held by fewer than 1,300 professionals nationwide.

It’s work that rarely shows up in a ribbon cutting photo. It’s also work that determines whether the ribbon gets cut at all.

In Their Words

Asked what advice he’d offer peers entering construction finance, Jamie pointed past the ledger:

“Go beyond the numbers.” Learning how projects are estimated, managed, and executed, he says, strengthens your accounting instincts and makes you a better partner to the business.

— Jamie DeLucca, CCIFP, Accounting Director

For Spencer, the draw is what the numbers ultimately produce:

What excites him most about the industry is “helping improve the communities we live in through our projects.”

— Spencer Voss, CCIFP, Controller

Two different answers to two different questions — and the same underlying idea. The finance function here isn’t a back office. It’s connected to the field, to the schedule, and to what gets built.

About CFMA

The Construction Financial Management Association is the only nonprofit dedicated exclusively to the success of construction financial professionals, serving members through education, the CCIFP credential, and a nationwide chapter network. The Rising Stars program launched in 2021 and honors professionals under 45 whose measurable achievements — at their companies, within CFMA, and in the broader industry — mark them as the people shaping the next era of construction finance.

Join Us in Congratulating Them
