The Saint Anna

Converting a former assisted living center into 23 luxury one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments may sound like an easy transformation. But in a historic building, the challenges were plentiful. Extensive system and structural upgrades were a monumental task. RNGD took on the challenge and updated the entire utility infrastructure and rearranged corridors to optimize natural light. The team worked to extensively repair and refinish exterior facades to bring the building back to its elegant original appearance. Completed in 2015, this 40,000-SF historic renovation and multi-family space was delivered on budget and on schedule with the RNGD Design Assist team at the helm.
