About the Project
Situated along the historic 200 block of Royal Street, the 39,000-SF former Hurwitz Mintz Furniture building was reimagined into a mixed-use space with luxury residential units on the upper floors. Working as the Design Build contractor with Royal Condominium Development LLC, the RNGD team led the historic renovation of these two four-story interconnected buildings in the historic French Quarter of New Orleans.
The result is a new luxury living and shopping community that comprises 12 residential apartments and two penthouses, as well as interchangeable retail spaces throughout the ground floor and second floor.
