Trader Joe’s

Before construction even began, there was excitement in the community about the impending arrival of the first Trader Joe’s store in the metro New Orleans area. Morning Park LLC enlisted RNGD to lead the new construction of a Trader Joe’s grocery store in the first phase of the Tolmas Retail Development on the iconic Veterans Boulevard in Metairie. The 14,000-SF building consists of a steel-framed shell space with specialty electrical and mechanical systems built specifically for Trader Joe’s. The exterior is a stucco façade with metal panel cladding on the front facing Veterans Boulevard.
