John Curtis Christian School

Building for the Next Generation of Patriots
For more than six decades, John Curtis Christian School has been a part of the River Ridge community, building a tradition rooted in faith, education, and school pride. Now, a new chapter is underway. RNGD has broken ground on a 28,000-square-foot addition to the school’s Upper School campus, creating space for students to learn, gather, and connect as the school continues to grow.
Designed by Holly & Smith Architects, the new facility will bring nine additional classrooms, a dining commons, a 1,900-square-foot commercial kitchen, administrative offices, and student support spaces to the campus. An outdoor courtyard and covered walkway will connect the building to the existing school, while additional parking and improved access will support daily campus activity. With completion planned ahead of the 2027–28 school year, the project will give generations of Patriots new spaces to carry forward the school’s longstanding traditions.
