Impetus Awarded Best Restoration Project by ENR Texas & Louisiana for The Carrollton Senior Living Complex
We are ecstatic to be awarded the Best Project for a Renovation/Restoration by ENR Texas & Louisiana. Our team poured their hearts and souls into this one from start to finish, and we couldn’t be more proud of the outcome!
A true testament to “breaking new ground to revive the old” – The Carrollton Courthouse, designed in 1855, was a gem of the Carrollton neighborhood. The building housed a rotation of schools before it sat vacant and spiraled into neglect. After witnessing years of history and a decade of disrepair, the Impetus and Felicity Property Co. teams diligently worked together to restore the Carrollton Courthouse to its rightful place as a neighborhood beacon—shining on Carrollton Avenue and sustaining New Orleans seniors for years to come.
Congratulations to all who worked tirelessly to bring this project to completion. Your dedication is the foundation for accomplishments like this one. View the full list of companies awarded by ENR Texas & Louisiana.
