Joe Yenni

Chief Preconstruction Officer

The challenge is everything. It’s what brings innovation to life. As Chief Preconstruction Officer, Joe shapes how RNGD approaches every project from the ground up — bringing an inherent drive and glass-half-full outlook to the complex, high-stakes work of pre-planning. Since joining as Project Manager in 2014, he has grown into the executive voice of preconstruction at RNGD, setting the strategic direction that determines how projects are won, planned, and positioned for success. Working closely with clients, team members, and key stakeholders, Joe develops the creative, value-driven strategies that define a project long before it ever breaks ground.

After graduating with his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University, Joe began his career in the construction industry, managing multiple projects. His decision to join RNGD was influenced by a desire to work with like-minded, passionate individuals in a true-team environment. He saw an opportunity to not only influence the outcome of construction projects but to directly influence the future of a young, dynamic company. Through his work, Joe loves navigating new challenges, overcoming them, and seeing his team, both internal and external, benefit from that growth.

Originally from New Orleans, Joe has a natural energy and team spirit. His professional approach, and willingness to dive into new endeavors, led to his previous involvement as a member of the Board of Directors of the Associated Builders and Contractors Bayou Chapter. He was also honored with New Orleans CityBusiness Excellence in Construction and Real Estate class of 2019. When he’s not leading the chant in team meetings or engaging clients, Joe enjoys spending time with his family and friends. You can also find him cooking, entertaining, traveling , and watching the LSU Tigers play every Saturday in the fall.
