About the Project
The Blake at The Grove, an upscale senior living community, is a retirement destination in Baton Rouge. The development consists of 213 independent assisted living and memory care apartments, as well as three landscaped courtyards that entice residents to spend time outdoors. Completed in 2017, the buildings total 260,000 SF on an eight-acre campus. Luxury amenities include an indoor spa, swimming pool, fitness room, commercial kitchen, bistro and dining rooms, a salon, and activity rooms.
The new senior community is located adjacent to The Addison Apartments, also constructed by RNGD.
