Assessment
In partnership with the architect of record, RNGD reviews a schematic level design model to evaluate integration. This assessment establishes building configuration, budget, and timeline through our Renegade Delivery Method.
Design & Preconstruction
Throughout the development of construction documents, RNGD collaborates with designers on the layout, detailing, and production drawings for manufactured components, while continuously assessing constructability, feasibility, target value delivery, and schedule impacts to provide real-time cost and schedule feedback that informs project and design decisions.
Manufacturing
RNGD’s manufactured building components are built-to-ship in a quality controlled, state-of-the-art facility. The practice of off-site construction – coupled with material purchasing direct from manufacturers – keeps costs down and improves jobsite safety, material sustainability, quality control, and speed both in the shop and field.
Construction
From groundbreaking to completion, RNGD is your trusted contractor. We manage our self-performed trades – infrastructure, structural steel, MEP, building envelope, vertical circulation – and coordinate the best subcontractors to provide a comprehensive building project.

Life Cycle Management
